Erika grew up in a family of builders. Her parents own a construction company specializing in custom homes. While visiting the job sites, she was intrigued by the process of construction. At the age of 10, she moved from Georgia to Scottsdale, Arizona where she developed a love for architecture and design and felt a connection to the Southwest.
She attended Arizona State University where she majored in journalism. She relocated to Los Angeles and was fortunate enough to work in the entertainment industry. She hosted such shows as E!, News Now, Young Hollywood and @Hollywood. Through this experience, Erika was able to expand her network. She has resided in Los Angeles for over 10 years, which makes her familiar with the surrounding areas.
Erika got her start in real estate working as an assistant to Joyce Rey, a top producing luxury realtor in Southern California. After two years, she was offered an opportunity to oversee the operations of Tracy Tutor-Maltas sales team. Her confidence, diligence, communicative skills, and dynamic personality has set her apart and gained her the respect and trust of her clients. She is motivated by a strong work ethic and a passion for finding the perfect home for her clients.
